How do you get your offer accepted after you’ve finally found your dream home? Due to a lack of inventory and an influx of buyers these past few months, many buyers are having a hard time just finding a home, let alone getting their offer accepted. We’re definitely in a seller’s market, which means there aren’t enough homes to meet the buyer demand. Luckily, I have some key tips to share that will help you close on the home you want.
