Here’s what is happening in our local market right now…. sellers are holding off putting their homes on the market and sellers are also taking their homes off the market until the pandemic slows down. None of us know when New Jersey is going to reopen, but when we do and the pandemic starts to slow down more and more homes are going to come on the market resulting in much more competition and less of an opportunity for sellers to get top dollar. So if you want to get your home sold for as much money as possible, please don’t wait. There are buyers out there waiting for new homes to come on the market every day. And the ones that do and are priced and prepared correctly are selling quickly. And with multiple offers, I know many have concerns about showings and having people in and out of their homes.
And that’s understandable, but there are precautions that can be taken to show your home safely. As well as up to date technology, to help get your home shown virtually.
