Here’s what’s been happening in our market since COVID-19 struck.
Today I’m sharing a brief snapshot of what’s been happening in our local real estate market since the pandemic began. The market is very different now than it was just a few months ago. Real estate in Monmouth County essentially came to a standstill due to the health crisis. Now in June, as lockdowns loosen, many buyers are rushing into the market to find a home by the end of the summer. We also have a ton of buyers relocating here from New York City and surrounding areas.
