Millstone Township is located in the southwestern section of Monmouth County. The residents still enjoy the beautiful landscape the town’s forefathers enjoyed centuries ago. The township is rich in history. During the Revolutionary War the township was a secret post for the Continental army.

Millstone contains rolling countryside located in the heart of NJ with many beautiful parks and trails. Driving through the town, you are likely to stop for a deer, however, you won’t have to worry about stopping for any lights, because throughout the 37 miles of the township, there are no traffic lights and very few streetlights. All of the homes are set on large acres and the homes do not offer public utilities. All homes in Millstone Township are septic and well.

Although Millstone Township has a more country feel, you are truly not far away from major roadways and attractions. I-195 is the main highway serving Millstone Township. It crosses the southern part of Millstone, connecting to Upper Freehold and Jackson townships. Half of an interchange is located in Millstone Exit 16 with the other half in Jackson Township. Off this exit, is Six Flags Great Adventure and the Jackson Premium Outlets and Route 33 brings you to the New Jersey Turnpike.
